Where we deliver
We deliver only within our active delivery areas, starting in Patna. Check your pincode on eatlix.in or in the app. The app checks your address again before you pay.
When we deliver
Each area has a serving time for breakfast, lunch and dinner, shown on theplans page and in the app. Meals are delivered around those times, every day of your plan. Delivery charges, if any, are included in the plan price.
Confirming delivery
- About an hour before each meal, the app sends you a 4-digit delivery code.
- Share the code with the rider when you receive your meal. A meal is marked delivered only with the correct code.
- You and the rider can call each other through the app while the meal is out for delivery; your phone number is never shared.
If you're not available
If the rider can't reach you, they wait at your address and call you through the app several times. Our system checks that the rider was at your location. If you still can't be reached, the meal counts as used and isn't credited. To avoid this, skip meals before the cut-off when you know you'll be away.
Late or missed deliveries
If a meal is very late, missing or wrong, contact us the same day. If EATLIX was at fault, we may add wallet credit or arrange a refund under ourCancellation & Refund Policy.
